1. Overview

This website is operated by Cardboard Crushers ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage with our services and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein.

2. Eligibility

By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
  • Prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Card condition is graded by hand using standard TCG condition tiers. Card images may be representative; for graded items the listing reflects the specific item.
  • We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately but do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or other content are error-free. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, each incorporated into these terms by reference. Except as set out in the Refund Policy, all sales are final.

6. Intellectual Property

Trading card games, card names, set names, and related marks are the property of their respective publishers (e.g., Wizards of the Coast for Magic: The Gathering). We are not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by these publishers. All other site content, branding, and design is our property or used under license.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts located in Edmonton, Alberta.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version is always posted on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.=
